Chris Saper is a former health care administrator, an accomplished artist, and author of the acclaimed Thriller, Collateral Carnage: Money. Politics. Big Pharma. What could go wrong?
Collateral Carnage is Chris’ first novel, set in the near future, about corruption and conspiracy within the government’s delivery of mental health service to PTSD patients in the VA system.
Chris spent 12 years as a healthcare administrator and has been a portrait painter for going on 20 years. Since beginning her commission portrait painting practice in 1991, Chris has completed almost 400 commissioned portraits nationally.
