Sherry Ruth is the author of 50 Positive Affirmations for Inner Strength and Self-Fulfillment.
She is also a retired teacher, athletic coach, artist, writer and blogger, and life-long competitive athlete.
Sherry was an All-American collegiate swimmer, She has competed in the Kona World Championship Ironman Triathlon finisher, and she is a former Pennsylvania State Bodybuilding Champion. She continues to participate in self-competitive multi-sports. And she is involved in multiple community issues today.
Sherry is a proponent of utilizing the power of positive attitude and affirmations in both her professional and personal lives since incorporating its usage with her students and athletes in the mid-1970’s.
Believing that a positive attitude and affirmations are a life-changing thought process that anyone can learn to utilize. With proper coaching and the opportunity for daily practice, she still utilizes its principles on a daily basis while enjoying a very physically active and purposeful retirement in Colorado.
